Jelly Roll’s ex-wife Bunnie XO has showed off a new house featuring mᴀssive closets, a huge bed, and even a wellness center after settling her divorce where they split homes, cars, and even an aircraft.

The 46-year-old podcaster (real name Alisa Andrea DeFord) took to Instagram on Friday to share footage of her pal Matt checking out her lavish new digs.

Earlier that day it was revealed that she and her 41-year-old singer (born Jason Bradley DeFord) ex had reached a deal earlier that month effectively ending their near decade long marriage.

The nearly minute-and-a-half long clip featured her friend being completely shocked by how mᴀssive everything on the property is.

He was completely aghast at the entire room made for shoe storage, huge closets, and even an outdoor shower.

Matt’s jaw dropped the most when he went outside to see that there was a ‘wellness center’ which could accommodate many guests and featured a mᴀssive outdoor pool. 

‘This is the craziest s***t I’ve seen in my life,’ Bunnie’s friend told her. ‘I feel poor. I am broke. I want a new house.’

On Friday it was revealed Bunnie and Jelly settled their divorce just one month after announcing their shocking split as they reached a deal earlier this month according to TMZ.

According to court documents obtained by the publication, the exact details are confidential but they have verified that items they will be splitting include an aircraft, cars, homes, and their intellectual properties.

It was also claimed that Jelly will have to pay a one-time lump sum payment to Bunnie but the amount is confidential and there won’t be any further alimony claims to battle over in court.

Both sides have stood firm that their split is amicable – including claiming that neither cheated – and it will remain that way publicly as TMZ reported that the agreement includes a provision prohibiting talking badly about each other.

The two will have to maintain the respect for one another as Bunnie revealed that they are still planning to have a child together as she addressed the split for the first time on her Dumb Blonde podcast last month just three days after the split reveal.

During the episode, Bunnie confirmed that she and the singer are continuing their years-long quest to conceive a child through in vitro fertilization (IVF).

‘We’re literally settling our divorce in like… We’ve done it in like, what? Three weeks? Two weeks? We’re still having a baby together,’ she told listeners.

‘So, we have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered.’

She revealed that she and Jelly Roll plan to ‘co-parent together’ and that the country crooner is still her ‘best friend.’

‘Like, this isn’t what you guys think this is. Nobody cheated on the other person. It’s literally just we served our purpose for each other.’ 

Jelly Roll is already a dad to two kids – daughter Bailee Ann, 18, and son Noah Buddy, nine – with two different women.

The couple of 10 years made the decision to have a child together ‘two years ago,’ according to Bunnie, which is when she began her IVF treatment.

They have also both moved on as they each have started dating again with Bunnie even showcasing her own transformation with a recent breast augmentation.

Sources told TMZ that the pair’s decision to separate was ‘mutual’ after they tied the knot back in 2016, and would have celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary in August.

In documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the singer filed his peтιтion for divorce on May 18 and the date of separation was listed as May 9.

He cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reasoning for the separation.

A moving truck had also been pictured in front of the estranged couple’s $6.5 million home near Nashville at the time of the divorce news.

Jelly and Bunnie first crossed paths in 2015 and became friends due to her being in a relationship at the time. However, following her breakup, she and Jelly Roll sparked up a romance.

The following year, the pair married at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.
